What we offer
Everything the Alma does
A neighbourhood pub, a 48-seat theatre, a wedding venue and five boutique suites — all under one characterful Clifton roof.
Back to HomeOur approach
A proper local, run with care
At the Alma we do a lot under one roof, but everything starts the same way: with good ingredients, warm hospitality and a sense of place. The food is cooked fresh in our own kitchen, the theatre is programmed with local and visiting companies we believe in, and the bedrooms are looked after as if they were your own.
Whether you are here for a pint, a play, a wedding or a week's stay, you are a guest of a Clifton institution that has been welcoming people for well over a century.

We're at 18-20 Alma Vale Road, Clifton, BS8 2HY. On-street parking is available locally, and Clifton Down and Westbury Park are a short walk away.
